ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

As a convenience to our customers, there is an easier and faster way to schedule your appointments without even picking up the phone! Fran Coy's 24-hour online scheduling system. Where you can schedule your appointment or look up dates and times of upcoming appointments. All this is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from the convenience of your computer. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

When scheduling appointments, please let the receptionist know each service that you plan to receive, so enough time can be set-aside during your visit. Appointments during evenings or weekends, and appointments with 3 or more services, may need to be scheduled 4-8 weeks in advance; depending on the time of year.

In general, it's best to make your appointments several weeks, or even months in advance. If that is not possible, we will do our very best to find you an appointment that works with your schedule.

To schedule a package of services, which exceed $150, a 50% deposit or a gift certificate purchase is required.

WAITING LIST

There are times when our clients need to cancel their appointment. When that happens we try to fill that opening from our waiting list. If you would like to be added to the list, let the receptionist know, and they can record your request.
