ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

As a convenience to our customers, there is an easier and faster way to schedule your appointments without even picking up the phone! Fran Coy's 24-hour online scheduling system. Where you can schedule your appointment or look up dates and times of upcoming appointments. All this is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from the convenience of your computer. SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

When scheduling appointments, please let the receptionist know each service that you plan to receive, so enough time can be set-aside during your visit. Appointments during evenings or weekends, and appointments with 3 or more services, may need to be scheduled 4-8 weeks in advance; depending on the time of year.

Wedding Services
- A deposit of $100.00 is due upon scheduling of appointments and will be applied against services. -If the need arises to cancel the wedding party appointments, your deposit may be refunded up to 3 months prior to the wedding date. After that time the deposit is non-refundable. - All services need to be paid in full one month prior to wedding date. - You must call 2 weeks in advance for a refund on services pre-paid. Inadequate notice will result in an assessment of 100% of the value of the appointments. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any unpredictable circumstances that may arise.

Spa Services Policy
- A deposit of $50.00 is due upon scheduling appointments of $250.00 or less. The deposit is applied against services. -For packages over $250.00, a deposit of $100.00 is due at time of scheduling and require payment in full one week prior to the scheduled appointments or immediately if the appointment is scheduled within one weeks time. -Appointments can be changed (if available) or canceled up to 72 hours in advance without penalty - full refund of deposit and prepayment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours till the appointment the deposit is forfeited. If you fail to show up for the appointment(s) or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit AND any prepayment will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any unpredictable circumstances that may arise.

WAITING LIST

There are times when our clients need to cancel their appointment. When that happens we try to fill that opening from our waiting list. If you would like to be added to the list, let the receptionist know, and they can record your request.
