SALON PRICING SYSTEM

Fran Coy's Salon has a multi-level pricing system that allows employees the opportunity to advance based on education, talent and client demand. We offer a wide range of prices so our guests have the option to choose the price point most comfortable for them and their budget.

Regardless of the level of service provider you select, you will always be assured of high quality work in a professional atmosphere where great pride is taken to please you. Service provders are promoted based on a set of objective criteria that is reviewed on a monthly basis and must be met for 3 consecutive months. Our guests are encouraged to congratulate promoted service providers as it demonstrates their commitment to both the mastery of their craft while stiving to achieve the highest levels of customer service for their guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request, as a courtesy, that when canceling an appointment you call at least 24 hours in advance. After hours you can leave a message on the answering machine or voice mail.

With gift packages or large groups, a cancellation charge up to 50% of scheduled services may be assessed with less than 48 hours cancellation notice. We regret that we cannot be responsible for unpredictable circumstances that may arise.

RETURN POLICY

At Fran Coy's, your satisfaction is guaranteed! We are happy to accept a return or exchange on any of our products, with the exception of wigs or hair replacements (Prohibited by State Law). If you are dissatisfied with any product, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days.

We're sorry, but Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not refundable. A certificate for specific services can be converted to a store credit towards other services and or products. Credit is given based on the purchase price less the full price of any services already received.
